We understand all scents will not tailor to all customers preferences. We have descriptions that explain all scents as much as possible. Therefore, unless items were received damaged or faulty, we will not be issuing refunds.

Customers have 5-10 working days to process a refund for any damaged or faulty products. You must ship your returns back at your own expense. Once items are received and inspection matches your photos, we will issue you a full refund of your original purchase.

Please Include your order number, name and full address on your returned parcels.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order before it has been shipped.
